After finishing school, I found myself at a crossroads. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life. I tried countless jobs, hoping to find something that would ignite a spark in me, but nothing felt right. I felt restless, constantly searching for a purpose that seemed just out of reach.

Then one day, I made a decision that changed everything. I sold everything I owned of value, gathered all my savings, and decided to take a leap of faith. With the money I had, I bought a ticket to the birthplace of tea – China.

I travelled to Fuzhou, a city known as the heart of jasmine tea. I spent a long time immersing myself in the world of tea, learning from local masters who taught me how to choose the finest tea leaves, develop unique flavours, and honour the traditions that have been passed down for generations. It was in the tea fields of Fuzhou that I finally found what I was searching for: a craft, a passion, and a sense of direction.
